Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: 
 - Travel required to client sites
 - Communicate with clients in a clear and concise manner  
 - Interpret written business requirements and technical specification
documents  
 - Perform coding to written technical specifications
 - Investigate, analyze and document reported defects  
 - Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects 

 - Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test
harnesses  
 - Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical
documentation templates  
 - Performs related duties as assigned

 
Skills / Attributes Required 
 - Bachelorâ??s Degree or better in Computer Science  
 - Demonstrable Software Development experience  
 - Knowledge of database architecture and design  
 - Ability to interpret written requirements and technical specification
documents  
 - Ability to code software according to published standards and design
guidelines  
 - Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure  
 - A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work  
 - Ability to work well within a team  
 - Ability to learn new technologies rapidly  
 - Understanding of Object Oriented Programming  
 - 2+ years experience with the following technologies  
    ASP.NET 2.0/3.5/4.0
    Microsoft C# 
    Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008
    Visual Studio 2008/2010 
    Microsoft Team Foundation 2008/2010

 
Additional Skills / Attributes Preferred 
 - 2+ years experience in financial services in particular broker
dealer, trading securities and clearing
 - 1+ years experience with the following technologies  
    Microsoft SharePoint 
    Microsoft Windows Communication Foundation 
    Microsoft Windows Workflow Foundation 
    Microsoft Silverlight 
 - Microsoft Certifications
 - Understanding of multi-tier architecture
