Title: Recruiting Coordinator Internship
Company: Wolfram Research
Contact: Holly Glenn <hollyg@xxxxxxxxxxx> 217.372.3114
Hiring for: Intern/Co-op
Iâm Holly Glenn- Wolframâs Technical Recruiter. I am looking for an
intern to assist me with several recruiting projects for the summer. I
know that I am late in my search, as most students have internships or
plans already in line for the summer so I wanted to see if there was any
way that we can blast our ad out to students ASAP. We are looking for a
details oriented, creative, high energy student who has strong writing,
coordinating, and marketing abilities to join us this summer. Ideally
they would have a technical background or at least an interest in
technology as we are a software company, but it isnât absolutely
necessary. I would like that a Technology Management program student
with a minor in Business Administration, or a Communications/Marketing
major with a minor in Technology Management, Engineering, or Computer
Science would be the best fit for our position. We are ideally looking
for a student that either is from Champaign or around the area, because
one of the major projects we will have the intern doing is building a
âinternship handbookâ as a go-to guide to our interns that come to
Champaign from other schools. Building this handbook to include
information on Champaign such as places to live, restaurants to eat at,
fun things to do, bus travel, etc.
This is a part time paid position throughout the summer potentially
starting the last week of May.
Do you have any suggestions of other department contacts to share our
job description with? I would love to reach out to as many department
heads as possible to get this information out to the students.
