[SigBio] Put some interface stuff up and reminder

Hey folks,

I put some discussion and a basic markup of a proposed user interface for the project on the wiki, take a look at it (its linked from the projects page of the acm homepagei f you forgot the address or whatever) -- I'm using a form designer and I'll get it more fleshed out at some point so I can post up some code and start to integrate it with what we have. 

Just a reminder that I'd like for the rest of the stuff -- that is, all the stub functions we had written and all the collision detection stuff - to be done by Thursday so we can have a shot at getting a working prototype up at some point soon.  And as always I encourage you to use the wiki to post some quick ideas.  Doesn't have to be amazingly detailed, but some participation would be good. You got the day off, spend half an hour doing something productive. ;)

The meeting is going to be Thursday as usual at 6pm in the ACM office.
