Does someone want to make those open house slides / presentation? We probably just wanna talk about our project, some of the ideas we've had for this year (eeg/eye tracking stuff, more cell simulation stuff) and then mention that we do talks on things like genetic algorithms, brains, computational biology, blah blah blah.
Also we need to figure out a meeting time that works for people, I would suggest the Google Calendar but no one used it last time. The glorious new leaders can deal with that.
