Agenda:
1) Introduction to SIGBio for new members and SIGStart members, who
are visiting us tonight, including an overview of who we are, what
we've done in the past, why we're awesome, etc.
2) Discussion of projects for this year, including EEG machines, eye
movement tracking using a webcam, more work on last year's Cellular
Automata program, or new ideas.  Everyone in the group has a different
background/major, varying amounts of knowledge, and different
interests, so we want to pick a project that suits everyone.
3) Time permitting, we may begin to look for/at the EEGs we have in the back.
