[SIGCHI] Meeting tonight at 8pm!

Though we have been somewhat quiet for the past few weeks, SigCHI is still
here! We'll be meeting tonight at 8pm in the ACM office, (at least to start,
we may move elsewhere so just ask or check the whiteboard).

Some plans for the meeting tonight are :
 - set up a general breakdown of the work needed for EOH project and create
a timeline of when we want to get these things accomplished
 - discuss the interest and possibility of some CHI-inspired workshops
 - have some fun and maybe adjorn our meeting to a more relaxed location
such as Ragamuffin or Buffalo Wild Wings
