[SIGCHI] sigchi.internal box setup

Mr. Seldz and I setup his box with Windows 2003 and the touch screen. 
Its a standard ACM Windows 2003 install and you can access the box 
through clink.acm.uiuc.edu on the usual Remote Desktop port of 3389. 
You can also logon on the console to use the touch screen.  Utilities 
should be on the start menu.  Mr. Sledz as well as the ACM admins have 
admin access on this machine.  Others can be added as needed.
