[SIGUnix] sigunix2 and sigunix3 down

I'm shutting down sigunix2 and 3 so that the switch they are on can be 
free for EOH. You should still be able to get to sigunix1 via the serial 
port connected to ratthing (see Ben's earlier email in the archive).

We were planning to do a solaris 10 install on sigunix1 this week, but 
since there's so much crazy EOH stuff going on, we'll have to wait. This 
coming Monday we should be reassembling everything, fixing the kerberos 
again (so that it's back to where it was), and hopefully starting the 
Solaris 10 install on sigunix1.
