The newsletter is layed out in Pagemaker 6.0. This file views great with
Ghostview (although it doesn't index the pages) and prints fine, with the
exception of the black oval on the first page.
If you have problems we suggest you dump it to a PostScript printer or use
a commercial viewer licensed from Adobe.
