At MacWarriors last week we watched part of the movie "Nothing So Strange":
http://www.nothingsostrange.com. This movie is about uncovering the conspiracy behind the assassination of Bill Gates (obviously fictitious). MacWarriors is still soliciting EOH project ideas, so if you have ideas or not, feel free to stop by one of our meetings. As a side note, version 1.0 of MacWarriors' UIDirect.app, has been released.

SIGUnix continues to work on the project. In recent weeks, we have made great strides in standardizing the component interfaces. Last week, we had a working example of multithreaded synchronization.

SigWin is working on two projects in parallel at the moment. Our main project is a card/board game and is made using DirectX and C#. We have also
started a new project that enables instant messenger users to send each other formatted math expressions.
We are also planning a big event that will take place in 4-6 weeks. The details are a secret for now, but rest assured that it will be awesome to

SigMobile, Special Interest Group for Mobile Computing, has finished up its PocketPC 2002 Inventory Application for the CS department. We will be starting work on another CS Department project soon. In the mean time we will be playing around with some Bluetooth stuff. Anyone interested in
what SigMobile is doing or just interested in mobile computing is welcome to come by to on of our regular meetings.
