All you people up at City Hall

ACM has been lacking in many areas in the past and that is why he has repeatedly to run for ACM Chair.  When emailed about his plan, Shahrukh replied in html only format and thus I was unable to read his response.
     While I like the idea of expanding ACM to cover resume padding, I believe the Reform ACM plan is better.  So when you go to the polls this Thursday, do the responsible thing and vote for Reform ACM.

     This past year has seen many changes in the structure and membership of ACM.  There are currently two plans before you to decide the future of ACM.  The first one is called Reform ACM.  The Reform ACM plan has its roots in several other successful campaigns.  The backers of this plan, while they asked for anonymity, had this to say about the Reform ACM plan: "I've never been a fan of City Hall and its negative cash flow. We seek to bring in respect for ACM and large sacks of cash money.  The previous administration has been publicly flogged for supercilious spending.  Such expenditures include a golden encrusted AFS server, actual hat made of money, a $2000 chair, and several tons of pineapple pizza.  We seek to remove the $15 membership and instead focus ACM directly at large scale corporate whoring.  When questioned further, the source threatened me with a pipe preventing any follow up questioning.  Such firm convictions are rare these days. 
     The other plan is called Abolish SIGS.  While at first glance seems to eliminate non-effective SIGs and bring together more unity in the ACM structure, it will actually accomplish the exact opposite.  They plan to double the number of SIGs creating such SIGs as SIGResume and   SIGUseless.  The champion of this plan, Shahrukh Syed, says that
