Changes to be made

• Move toolbar to be left-justified
• Implement dealloc methods for everything
• Remove unnecessary XML classes (like MainUI, MainToolbar, DocumentToolbar etc)
• Remove crappy XML stuff, and use nibs only (we can nuke localization in the process, localization is overated)
• Remove multiple layers of grouped messages
• The number of new messages does not always redraw correctly
• Initial Setup wizard
• Remove searching of google groups
