We're going to be using Python for the server in this project. The clients can be written in anything. Python Idioms

Architecture

Crescendo has three layers:

• Player controller
• Database controller
• Client
• XML Schemas

We will use some kerberos principals: crescendo/lisa crescendo/arthur For kerberos, we're going to be using python bindings for GSSAPI

What you'll need to develop

• Python setuptools
• SqlAlchemy 0.5 (for database and player servers)
• twisted (for database and player servers)
• lxml (for database and player servers)
• psycopg2 (for database server)
• mutagen (for database server)
