Projects Current

This semester, we are planning on creating a game system that uses an eye-tracking camera and surface EMG instead of a typical controller. Specifically, we plan to apply this to the classic Whack-a-mole, using the eye-tracking to specify the target and muscle contraction to dictate the hit. This project would incorporate software, game building, and bioengineering. We plan on adapting OpenEyes open source, eye-tracking software, Starburst.

As you can see from the above description, we need people with all sorts of skills.  Bio and ECE for the EKG stuff.  CS for the programming.  Smart people in general for the game development.  Etc.
