Implement a working tool that conceals the CPU time of a chosen process from the OS (i.e. the idea from this USENIX Security paper: 'Secretly Monopolizing the CPU Without Superuser Privileges')
Goals / Milestones:
- Read and understand the attached paper.
- Implement a basic program that only hides its own execution time.
- Generalize the tool to conceal arbitrary processes, as well as frame target processes.

Remake the SIGMil webisite. Because it needs it.
A lot of work has been completed already, there are some things left to do.
- Upload previous talks to the new site (if possible)
- Add better edit/delete/upload features (like add/remove files)
